our process
In order to create an efficient pathway to solution, Roka & Co. Law, follows a set of process. This not only creates efficiency but also allows the client to be on track on the happenings.
Step 1
Clients are asked to fill request form so our consultant can know how to best help the client and fulfil their needs.
If the area of concern is under consulting, a appointment will be set up with the client soon after.
Step 2
Once the area of need has been established, Clients will be asked to bring necessary photocopy of the documents. The client can either bring their own photocopies or hand in the consultant the originals to copy and give back later (extra charges will be applied).
Step 3
If the services is under form filling services, the client will be updated alongtheu document arriving timing. If the service is under legal or dispute. resolution the client will be given a timeframe for the service to be complete within.
Roka & Co. Law religiously tries to follow the process in order to provide the best and efficient services for our clients. Our process helps the client to be in loop with what is going on, so that they won't be as lost to the situation.
